If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to request a refund or exchange. The return must be posted to us within 7 days of requesting your refund/exchange, the cost of postage will be at the expense of the buyer.
Please message us via instagram @glassandco__ to arrange your return and notify us the reason of wanting to return your item.
As we package each roller it in inspected to ensure there are no faults - however if unfortunately your items arrive faulty or damaged please contact us within 5 days of arrival and we will issue a refund / exchange.
